☺️ It always feels an honour to be able to help any client and such a bonus to receive positive feedback
🔹 Working on one problem can often actively impact another issue we may have, once the foundation's of the problem start to crumble so often it gives our brain permission to let go of other things we may be holding on to.

I was fortunate enough to train with the fantastic Quest Institute who offer all sorts of brilliant mental health support resources for free - have a look and sign up.
🔸Cognitive Hypnotherapy offers powerful tools to overcome unwanted habits and addictions.
🔹Always wonderful to receive positive reviews and comments from happy clients. This one from a long term smoker who after trying many different techniques over the years was able to move on from smoking in just 2 sessions.

Often we look to things around us to change the way we feel. Once I get that better house/car/job/partner (delete or add as appropriate!) THEN I will feel happy.
Frequently though the answers in fact lie within ourselves...
🔸Working with a trained therapist/coach we help us to see what is holding us back and limiting our happiness and opportunities 🔸

There are often a lot of misconceptions and pre conceived ideas around the word "hypnotherapy".
As a QCH therapist I am using a flexible, evidence based model that focuses on you as an individual and around the idea that our unconscious drives a lot of our behaviours

"Trauma is not what happens to you, it's what happens inside you as a result of what happened to you" Gabor Maté
Well worth watching Maté's excellent documentary asking the question "what's going on?" in a society with rising suicides, addiction, anxiety and chronic illness

A reminder that you are not alone in what you are feeling | is it time to reach out?
From CBD oils to iPhone apps, there are now a whole host of treatments available designed to help soothe our anxious society, but for our writer, hypnosis has proved to be one of the only things that has managed to have a meaningful impact.

Hi, I'm Isabella, a Hampshire/Berkshire based therapist, helping with issues such as anxiety, addictions, habits, phobias, low confidence, headaches, public speaking, sleep problems, stress and limiting beliefs though Cognitive Hypnotherapy.
Cognitive Hypnotherapy is by its nature a highly flexible approach which can effect long term change and help with most issues. It helps to change your unconscious thought patterns, giving you the knowledge and skills you need to take back control of your feelings, behaviours and thoughts.
My aim is always to make myself redundant, to empower you and get you to where you would like to be in your life, the best version of yourself, rather than keeping you in therapy long term.
Please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions or would like to arrange a session.
