OK finally took the plunge, literally ....and booked a sauna and cold lake plunge swim. So today was the day and it was amazing you have to give it a go. Finnish wood sauna next to a wonderful fresh water lake. Was a little hesitant as not a good swimmer but with the support of Jo, John,buddy the dog and a yoga buddy Teresa I did it and will definitely do it again. Loved loved it...I know who would have thought it me swimming in a fresh water lake which was 15 degrees today..
If anyone want to join me on the next one drop me a line..if enough of us we can book a private session..

it's our wedding anniversary today so will be raising a glass of bubbles at some point. But to anyone celebrating today I raise a glass of bubbles to you all be it a major milestone or a happy day with friends and family. Love to you all

At this time the universe and cosmos is in a state of change and the effects can be felt as it is causing a state of flux and energy disruption, which can be seen in the state of global unrest we are currently experiencing. So many people seem to be angry and lashing out in all directions without thought or consideration for the consequences of their actions or who they hurt along the way. Often the course is lost along the way as the red mist of anger consumes them to destroy and cause harm. Ultimately they hurt themselves but along the way the do immense damage to our planet and other living beings.
Remember life is too short.....
Take time for you, go and connect with nature, walk barefoot on the grass and feel that connection and the peace it brings and remember we are all children of mother earth.
