OK finally took the plunge, literally ....and booked a sauna and cold lake plunge swim. So today was the day and it was amazing you have to give it a go. Finnish wood sauna next to a wonderful fresh water lake. Was a little hesitant as not a good swimmer but with the support of Jo, John,buddy the dog and a yoga buddy Teresa I did it and will definitely do it again. Loved loved it...I know who would have thought it me swimming in a fresh water lake which was 15 degrees today..
If anyone want to join me on the next one drop me a line..if enough of us we can book a private session..

it's our wedding anniversary today so will be raising a glass of bubbles at some point. But to anyone celebrating today I raise a glass of bubbles to you all be it a major milestone or a happy day with friends and family. Love to you all
