For want of a better analogy – we are a recruitment & match-making agency for people that need support to remain living in their own home and carers that wish to find lovely people to care for. Our carers literally 'live-in' the homes of our clients for a period of weeks whilst they are working to support. They then take a break and return if all is well. Our service allows for high levels of continuity as often people have 2/3 carers who care for them throughout a year. Our private, family-run agency has been successfully recruiting & introducing expertly trained live-in carers to our discerning clients since 1994. We foster and embody the values of excellence, integrity and open communication and it is with these values firmly in mind that our caring office team is here to listen, help, advise and guide. We care about our carers as much as our clients and know that only when we work together as a team can we provide the best service to our clients. Every client and every carer means a lot to us and we try to help them the very best we can at all times.

Our wonderful Customer Service team, Jo and Lou, had the pleasure of visiting one of our long-term clients, Bridget, and her daughter, Sarah, to hear about their experiences with .

Bridget shared how her routine and independence are central to her life, and her current carer, Fran, has been a wonderful support — especially with cooking fresh meals and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
