Good aftercare is the difference between a smooth outcome and a mark that takes much longer to settle. After skin tag, wart or mole removal, I will explain exactly how to cleanse the area gently, what to avoid putting on the skin, and what is normal in the healing process. You will always go home with clear written guidance and the reassurance that you can contact me if you are unsure about anything.

Exosomes are tiny messengers naturally involved in cell-to-cell communication. In aesthetics, exosome-based treatments can be used alongside techniques such as PRP to gently support skin recovery, radiance and texture. PRP stands for platelet-rich plasma. In simple terms, I take a small sample of your blood, gently process it, and inject the plasma into areas of thinning hair to support natural healing and growth. Most people describe it as uncomfortable rather than painful, and appointments are usually fairly quick. It is not a miracle overnight fix, but can be a powerful part of a wider hair loss plan.

There is so much misinformation around hair loss. No, washing your hair too often is not usually the cause. No, you do not have to 'just accept it' if it runs in the family. And no, every treatment is not painful or unnatural. The reality is that early assessment and the right plan can make a real difference, and there are gentle options such as PRP and exosome-based treatments that work with your body.
