Excited to welcome Annabelle to the team ❤️

Annabelle is a professional dancer with formal training in ballet and contemporary dance. Her journey with yoga began during her time training in London, marking the start of a deeply transformative path.

During the lockdown, Annabelle experienced a pivotal shift in her career, choosing to explore new directions. Yet, yoga remained a grounding and constant presence throughout this transition.

Her practice has cultivated a deep awareness, both spiritual and physical fueled by a curiosity about breath, movement, and the subtle shifts within. For Annabelle, yoga became a space for self-inquiry, connection, and personal growth.

As a teacher, she brings a thoughtful, embodied approach to her classes. She invites students to explore their own inner landscapes, nurturing a sense of presence and connection with themselves, with one another, and with the world around them.

A little more about Radka…

Radka discovered a deep connection to yoga many years ago, which inspired her to complete her 200-hour teacher training, Mandala Vinyasa training, and most recently, Rocket and handstand practice.

With over 15 years of diverse fitness experience, including ballet, contemporary and hip hop dance, she teaches with humility and a genuine passion for movement.

Radka’s classes aim to create a supportive and welcoming space, where yogis can find balance and confidence in their own practice.

Welcome May to The Yoga Bee tomorrow as she covers the Warm Stretch & Flow at 9.30am🧡

May completed her 500 hour teacher training in Nepal in December 2021 and has immersed herself in self-practice ever since.

Her journey with yoga has been filled with self-discovery and beautiful connections.

At the end of 2024, she trained in Rocket Yoga and officially began her teaching journey.

Her practice is dynamic, explorative, and grounded in mindfulness.

May is passionate about sharing her experience with others, as she believes that yoga is a space for continuous learning, where we can inspire and grow together.

Lauren is trained in Ta**ra Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga, with additional qualifications in Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra.

In more dynamic classes, she takes a “softly strong” approach, weaving breath and movement together and encouraging you to flow with presence and curiosity.

Her restorative sessions dive deeper into the nervous system, encouraging total relaxation within a guided, meditative state.

Lauren’s classes are underpinned by awareness – guiding you back to the self in an open and digestible way.
