We’re excited to be welcoming a new 6-week Pregnancy Yoga course with Becky, starting Friday 21st March at 8am.

This nurturing course is designed to support your body and mind throughout pregnancy with gentle movement, breathing techniques for birth and deeply restorative relaxation.

Our pregnancy classes are held in a small supportive group, creating a calm space where mums-to-be can move safely, relax and connect with others during this special time.

Suitable from 12 weeks pregnancy and no previous yoga experience is needed.

Rocket Yoga Teacher Training is coming to The Yoga Bee this September.
This immersive 50-hour Rocket Yoga Teacher Training with David Cabezas is designed to deepen your practice, build confidence, and give you the practical tools to integrate Rocket Yoga into real classes and personal practice immediately.

Open to yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners looking to deepen their understanding of Rocket Yoga and develop the skills and confidence to practise and teach safely and intelligently.

About David Cabezas
Born in Caracas, David discovered yoga in 2004 and has since dedicated his life to the practice and teaching of Rocket and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Certified as an E-RYT 500H, Rocket® Yoga Teacher Training Facilitator and YACEP provider, he has led workshops, immersions and teacher trainings across Europe, combining strong technical knowledge with an accessible and creative teaching approach.
