💛 We all know that Massage has a long standing reputation for it's ability to reduce stress and promote relaxation. Which is amazing. But, it is soo much deeper than that. It is a beautiful mind - body connection. Massage allows space for us to embody an elevated acknowledgement of this connection, fostering a greater sense of self awareness and mindfulness.

💚 Physical effects such as lowering cortisol (the stress hormone), increasing seratonin and dopamine levels contribute to feeling uplifted and rejuvenated. This in turn boosts self-esteem, mood, positivity, clarity and balance, enabling us to give something back to ourselves and rid the tension we have been carrying energetically aswell as physically.

🧡 Life can be so busy and draining, it's necessary to provide that self - care to simply stay on track, reach our goals and just have that lust for life.

💜 Our physical and mental health is our responsibility, it is not selfish to take time out for yourself. Whatever treatment or activity you choose, it's about what aligns with you.

As you are probably aware, we attend mobile appointments at the moment until further notice. As we have been quiet on the posting front until recently we want to share updated information for you to get the best out of your appointment.

Firstly we want to say that we appreciate every single one of you and the support you have offered while this business has been growing, we couldn't have done it without you 🧡

So, just a few things to keep in mind when booking with ReflexElemental..

🌿 Our current days of availability are Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays 10am - 7pm. Alternative occasional evenings may be requested depending on availability.

🌿 More slots will become available during school holiday times, but you will be advised via Facebook or Instagram what availability there is.

🌿 Clients that are based more than 5 miles away will be charged 50p per mile thereafter.

🌿 When booking an appointment please let us know any special requirements that may be needed to access your home, or if there are any stairs, lifts, certain parking etc.
Please have a space cleared for when we arrive for you to get the most out of your appointment timing.

🌿 A consultation form must be completed either beforehand or during the beginning of the first appointment. You will then be asked during any following appointment if any changes have occurred.

🌿 Multiple treatments can be combined during the session, and we offer optional extras such as crystal healing, acupressure and use of a Gua Sha Stick. Please Enquire when booking.

🌿 Exchange can be made via cash, card or transfer. If you cancel an appointment with short notice, a deposit will be required when rebooking. Gift vouchers are available upon request.

🌿 Group and Business bookings are now available. Please give as much notice as possible, and a deposit will be required once the appointment is set. This is due to the amount of work and preparation needed, and accessing the other beautiful therapists.
