It’s been a while since I’ve introduced myself so Hi, I’m Dempsey! 👋

I’m a therapist who works with Adults, Children and young people, and parents too - especially those navigating big emotions, anxiety, overwhelm and burnout.

My approach isn’t about “fixing” behaviour.
It’s about understanding what’s underneath it, and giving you (and your child) the tools to actually cope, regulate and feel more in control.

It's not that you're not confident, it's that somewhere along the way you learnt not to trust yourself.

If you have ever gone from "I'm about to show up EVERY DAY" to disappearing off your own page for 2 weeks.. then you can relate!

ADHD and social media consistency don't clash because your lazy or unmotivated, it's the perfectionism and the constant pull toward something more exciting that's got you stuck in freeze mode.

So, if you have skipped a few days (or weeks) this is your reminder.. You can come back at any time. no explanation needed.

It doesn't have to be perfect, it just has to be real, raw and authentically YOU!

Parents of neurodivergent children… I get you.

You’re running on empty, trying to fill your child’s cup whilst yours feels like it has holes in it.

You’re working so hard to regulate them, whilst holding your own overwhelming emotions.

You’re advocating constantly—fighting for understanding, support, and fairness—whilst feeling the same rage and injustice they feel.

And if you’re neurodivergent too?It can feel like walking across a field full of hidden traps… like everything could erupt at any moment.

This isn’t just hard—it’s exhausting. Draining. Relentless.

But it can also be deeply rewarding, powerful, and even joyful when things begin to click.

You’re not behind.
You’re not lazy.
You’re not “doing it wrong.”

ADHD doesn’t need pressure — it needs permission.
Permission to go slower.
Permission to do less.
Permission to build a life that actually works with your nervous system.

This year doesn’t need a glow-up.
It needs support, softness, and systems.

Save this for the days your brain feels too loud.
Share it with someone whose January is also… a lot.
