My passion for Reflexology initially ignated a few years ago.
I had been diagnosed with something called chronic bilateral plantar faciitis in both feet. It was extremely painful and in the end cost me my job as a retail assistant.

I had many appointments with many a specialist, doctors, podiatrist, physio, lower limb specialist. I had an MRI scan and also steroid injections. Exercises and stretches to do to.
Nothing seemed to work, until my dad booked me in at a Chinese herbalist treatment clinic in Cheadle. There they told me the problem wasn't in my feet but in my legs and back. My Lymphatic system was not circulating well (puffy swollen legs ankles and feet) They then set on an 8 week course of treatments. Massage for Lymphatic Drainage accupucture and of course reflexology.
I felt my symptoms ease considerably. The many conversations led me on the thought process that everything effects everything when it comes to health issues I went on a mission to find a Reflexology course I could do (I had lost my job by then, so retraining it was to be.)

Doing this course blew my mind. I saw first hand how this non invasive treatment really helped.
I'm constantly learning, every treatment is unique.
I'm still in awe of it, of how it makes my clients feel both physically, mentally and emotionally.
It is my passion, my vocation.
Now with over 4years experience and an enthusiasm that just gets bigger and brighter!
