On the Sat 22nd March 2025 I had the pleasure to celebrate the Spring Equinox with some really lovely people!! Big thank you to all who attended 😃💗

We started with a special Kundalini Yoga session aimed at attracting new opportunities, chanted powerful healing mantras and did a few meditations and some breathwork that helped with focusing our energy on clearing the path from negative emotions and self-limiting beliefs to create our ideal future.

We harvested the Spring Equinox powerful energy, focused on our goals and practiced rituals to attract prosperity and opportunities from the heart centre.✨️ 💗

In between the workshop, we had a break, took the time to connect, laugh and enjoy some home-made spanish sweet treats that my family usually make once a year at Xmas. Very happy to have made these with my mum's instructions and help!!

I will be holding another workshop / retreat for the Summer Solstice - this time in the local countryside! If you are in need of nurturing your soul and fancy a rejuvenating experience, please get in touch now as there will be limited availability!!
