Step beyond the noise of the thinking mind and reconnect with the deeper intelligence of your body.

Beyond The Mind is a powerful 3-hour immersive experience designed to help you release emotional weight, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with your natural state of clarity and presence.

Through breath, energy work, and the power of cold water, we create a safe space for deep internal release, recalibration, and renewal.

This session includes:

🤝 Welcome Circle
We begin by grounding the space, setting intentions, and creating a safe container for the work ahead.

🌬 Conscious Connected Breathwork
A powerful breathing practice that helps bypass the analytical mind and access deeper emotional and energetic layers for release.

✨ Energy Healing
Supportive hands-on or energetic work to help restore balance and support integration during the journey.

❄ Cold Water Therapy
We close the session with a guided cold immersion to ground the body, awaken the nervous system, and integrate the work.

This experience is ideal if you feel:

EARTH’S FREQUENCY IS UNDER PRESSURE ⚡

The Schumann Resonance remains highly elevated.

Strong rogue energy continues to push through Earth’s natural frequency.

The planet’s normal 7.83 Hz resonance is being forced to much higher levels for extended periods of time.

Several bands on the chart are pushing toward the 50 Hz ceiling of the instrument, showing unusually strong electromagnetic activity.

The chart continues to show persistent disturbances across multiple bands.

We’ve all been there - cold water therapy pushes our minds and bodies to the limit. But what’s the real takeaway?

For me, it’s about breaking free from self-doubt. I used to say yes, then spend ages convincing myself I wasn’t enough. But after facing my fears, I realised I was capable.

Cold water therapy teaches me resilience. When my mind says “you don’t need to do this”, my resilient side reminds me “you’ll be proud once you have”.
It’s about choosing to do the hard thing, every day, and staying focused on the challenge at hand.

Olaaa!

I’ve been quiet on here lately & have been focusing on me.
Focusing on my development, on all levels. The summer this was lit 🔥 week in week out I was flying! As we came in to Autumn / Winter I just felt DOWN with the transition.

I had open loops everywhere and was doing just a little too much. Us humans have been conditioned to hustle year round but that’s not what we done years ago. We went with the seasons, so I took the low energy as a sign to slow down and listen to my body.

Kept in the gym, kept hydrated & eating some fresh food. Now obsessed with making protein smoothies, but getting all those vitamins in has helped me shift my energy I believe.

Anyway if you’re still here, thanks for reading.

Shifting seasons is biiig news for us as humans so listen to your body and give it what it needs.

✨ Honouring the Spirit of the Amazon ✨

I’m feeling incredibly grateful to share that I’ve recently received some sacred tools direct from Peru — sourced with intention and deep respect from authentic Shipibo artisans. These aren’t just beautiful objects… they are living symbols of connection to the jungle, the plants, the prayers, and the people who have held this wisdom for generations.

🌿 Here’s what arrived:
• A large Shipibo altar cloth – handwoven with sacred geometry that carries the songs and stories of the forest
• Two Chacapas (leaf rattles) – used in ceremonies to clear, call in, and realign energy with rhythm and spirit
• A Sacred Ayahuasca Vine smudging fan – crafted for purification, blessing, and opening sacred space
• Two Rattles – tools of vibration and transformation, used to shift energy and connect to deeper realms

Each piece will be part of our upcoming Amazonian Breath & Sound ceremony — infusing the space with authenticity, ancestral energy, and the spirit of the Amazon. These tools will support us in a powerful night of remembering, healing, and growth.

This isn’t just a breathwork journey. It’s a sacred experience – a portal into deeper presence, collective ceremony, and reconnection with what matters most.
