Meet Michelle – Care Supervisor

Michelle is one of our fantastic Care Supervisors, bringing warmth, experience, and a real passion for supporting both our clients and carers.

Previously a Senior Carer at Connect Care Services, Michelle knows the frontline of care inside out. In her current role, she ensures our carers feel valued, supported, and confident in their work — because great care starts with a happy, well-supported team.

Michelle also takes the lead in creating care plans, conducting risk assessments, and liaising with clients, families, and advocates to make sure every care arrangement is safe, personal, and exactly what’s needed.

With her calm approach and genuine care for people, Michelle plays a vital role in keeping our service running smoothly.

Emily is our dedicated Care Coordinator, and a well-known face around Bramhall – having been born and raised in the community she now proudly serves.

With a real passion for people, Emily takes the time to get to know both our clients and carers personally. She’s committed to making sure care is not only delivered smoothly and efficiently but also with the warmth and attention that makes a real difference.

Emily brings a natural talent for organisation, a deep sense of care, and a friendly face to everything she does. If you’ve ever called the office or needed help arranging care, chances are you’ve already experienced her calm, capable support.

Meet Shula – Office Administrator & Manual Handling Trainer

We’re delighted to welcome Shula to the team as our new Office Administrator and Manual Handling Trainer.

Shula brings a wealth of experience, having worked in the care sector since the age of 21. She holds NVQ Level 3 and 4 in Health and Social Care, and a Master’s degree in Social Work – reflecting her deep commitment to high-quality, person-centred support.

With a strong background in both frontline care and staff training, Shula is passionate about empowering others with the skills and confidence to deliver safe, compassionate care. She is already making a positive impact in the office and will be leading our manual handling training to ensure we continue to meet the highest standards.
