The evening will start with a heart opening cacao ceremony, followed by a calming guided meditation with the lovely Cathy from Blossom Holistics The evening will end with a 45 minute sound bath.

Reiki level 1 (first degree)

Usui Reiki level 1 is your introductory into your Reiki journey. A journey of self discovery and healing. I stumbled upon Reiki by pure chance and it completely changed everything for me and it could do the same for you.

Level 1 is known as the self healing level, during this day course you’ll receive 4 Reiki attunements, learn all about Reiki and its history. You’ll learn about the chakras, what they are and how they work. Gain knowledge of the Reiki hand positions to heal not just yourself but also how to give Reiki to your friends and family.
You’ll also receive a in-depth guide book and certificate
