Come and visit our wonderful Theatres at Stepping Hill Hospital. We will be opening up our doors and showing you the latest innovations in surgery and anaesthetics, including the Da Vinci robot surgeon! We have several highly experienced staff on site to answer any questions and arrange interviews if needed. We offer a bespoke training experience, ensuring you are supported every step of the way led by our training Co-Ordinator and team of Clinical practice leads (CPLs)
We have 18 Theatres including orthopaedic/Urology/Gynaecology/ENT/General surgery and obstetrics.

Our three team members represented Main Operating Theatres at an international training course at Bbraun headquarters in Zurich. Improving their knowledge on equipment and procedures to disseminate to other staff to improve service delivery

Sad day today in MOT as we say goodbye to senior sister Tracey Harrington after almost two decades in theatres. Tracey is the sunshine of our department, she is the epitome of what the nhs is about, a heart of gold, a friend to everyone and always there when you needed her. We’re all blessed to have worked along side her and our patients to have been cared for by her. We all wish her the best of luck growing her family business.
