We were incredibly honoured to receive this lovely letter from Navendu Mishra MP, recognising the hard work, care and dedication of our team at Heaton Moor Medical Group. 💙

It means so much to know that patients take the time to share positive experiences, and we are proud to support our community every day.

Our staff work tirelessly to provide the best care possible, and kind words like these truly lift morale and remind the team that their efforts are appreciated.

We also know that people are often more likely to post feedback when they’ve had a frustrating experience, which can sometimes give an unfair picture online. While we always welcome constructive feedback and use it to improve, we’d also really appreciate hearing from patients who have had positive experiences with us too.

If a member of our team has helped you, shown kindness, or made a difference, please consider leaving us a review on Facebook or Google, or sharing your feedback with the practice. Your comments help others see the full picture and mean a great deal to our hardworking staff.

Thank you for your continued support. 💙

🌟 Happy National Practice Manager Day! 🌟

Today we’re celebrating the incredible leadership behind the scenes at Heaton Moor Medical Group 🧡

Ian Stanyer, our Practice Manager and Managing Partner, brings over 30 years of dedication and experience to the practice. Alongside him, Lucy McDonagh, our Operations Manager, has been a key part of the team since 2012, helping to keep everything running smoothly across all our sites.

Together, they support our teams, drive improvements, and help ensure we continue to deliver high-quality care to our patients every day.

As part of our PCN, Ian and Lucy also play an important role in working with other local practices to support joined-up, high-quality services for our community.

Thank you both for your hard work, leadership, and commitment, we really appreciate everything you do 🙌

💉Open Blood Clinic Update – Monday 20th April 💉

Our morning open blood clinic will be running as normal on Monday 20th April.

Between 9am and 10am, a hospital system update will temporarily affect our access to request blood tests in the usual way.

We can still request these manually, but this may mean slightly longer waiting times than usual.

Thank you for your patience and understanding 💛

🌿 April – Stress Awareness Month

Feeling stressed? You’re not alone 🧡

Stress is something many of us experience at different points in life - whether it’s work, family, health, or just the pace of everyday life.

Taking small steps can make a big difference:
🌿 Getting outside for some fresh air
💬 Talking to someone you trust
🧘 Taking time to pause and reset
📵 Switching off and giving your mind a break

Remember, it’s okay to ask for help. You don’t have to manage stress on your own.

If you’re struggling, please reach out, our team is here to support you.
