We have had lots of activity in the practice helping our patients during the month of April. However we are still experiencing patients not informing us they do not require their appointments.

What is Norovirus?
Highly contagious stomach bug that causes vomiting, diarrhoea and stomach cramps, it spreads quickly in crowded places.

Symptoms:
❌Sudden nausea and vomiting
❌Watery diarrhoea
❌Stomach cramps & pains
❌Low-grade fever or chills

How to Protect Yourself:
✅Wash hands frequently with soap and water
✅Disinfect surfaces that are touched often
✅Avoid close contact with infected people
✅Stay home if you’re feeling sick!
✅Stay hydrated and rest if you catch it— and remember, it's highly contagious, so be cautious around others!
