I’ve got an incredibly inspiring story to share this Breast Cancer Awareness Month 💕. After losing 4 and a half stone with Slimming World, Jo Atkins found a lump in her breast. She says: “I am totally convinced I would not have found the lump if I hadn’t started losing weight.” 🥰. Losing weight can bring huge benefits to your health including reducing the risk of developing some types of cancer.
