Glad this week is over. I had dental traumas after a crown fell out due to being knocked during a general anaesthetic and I am terrified of the dentist. I had to put my big girl pants on and let the dentist cement it back in. It hasn't gone in as deep as it was and I now look like Nanny McPhee and can't chew properly. Too scared to go back!! Roll on the bank holiday! 🙈

Do you do this with your feet at night?
It's called 'cricketing' or 'cricket feet'. We do it subconsciously to calm our nervous system down before sleeping. It's kind of a mixture of reflexology and accupressure foot massage. A form of stimming, it helps us to calm down and relax. I do this every night and didn't know this was 'a thing'. Many of us do it apparently. Isn't that fascinating!!!! 👣
