The Promin brand was developed by Firstplay Dietary Foods from their facility in Stockport.

The Promin brand have and will continue to be proactive thought-leaders in the world of Inborn Errors of Metabolism. Promin Pasta was launched in 1993 with the Promin range developing in response to demands from patients, parents and dieticians. Stephen has been in PKU food manufacture for 25 years and continues to develop low protein meal solutions, available under our Promin brand. We hope that there is much more to come and continue to rely upon the PKU community for our inspiration.
