Spent some time at this morning seeing the incredible service that they provide.

Each day, The Wellspring offers hope to people who are homeless or at risk
They provide hot meals, showers, clothing, health support (including nurse and GP drop-ins), and practical advice on many issues people encounter.

This amazing team of staff and volunteers helps people rebuild with dignity and compassion. Donations are more than welcome, so check out their website if you're interested in helping.

We were amazed at the incredible work that goes on there and were overwhelmed by the welcome and kindness from everyone.

Open from 10am till 2pm every Friday (including school holidays), refreshments are provided and there are so many activities for all ages. It's a safe space for the community to come together.

It was great to talk to people and hear their stories as well as raise awareness of our walking therapy service.

Sands United is doing incredible work by bringing bereaved men together through the power of football, offering a space to talk about grief, and building a vital support network after baby loss.

Really looking forward to working together and supporting such an important cause.

We're here to provide support to Dad's in Stockport who have suffered the loss of a child or unable to see their children.

Do you know someone who is struggling with loss and needs someone to talk to? Even if you don't, somebody you know may be going through issues right now so please help to spread awareness of this service so we can help those who need it.

Had a productive meeting with EGG Engage, Grow, Go yesterday and really looking forward to working together to provide support to the people who need it. Egg are based in Stockport and help individuals experiencing homelessness to rebuild their lives. Amazing team and incredible work that they do!
