It’s International Men’s Day - a day to make a positive difference to the wellbeing and lives of men and boys, raise awareness of men's health, challenges they may face, and keep positive conversations about men, manhood and masculinity.

There are amazing organisations out there including Mentell, Dads Matter, Men's Sheds, Somebody's Dad and even more - all of whom are vital local services.

We know how isolating it can feel, which is why we offer six free one-to-one walking therapy. A safe, confidential space to talk, breathe, and begin to heal.

One of our walking therapy participants shared their experience through our anonymous feedback form.

We’re incredibly grateful they took the time to reflect and share so openly. Feedback like this helps us grow, stay accountable, and continue reaching the people who need us most.

This kind of transformation is why Somebody’s Dad exists, to give men the space, support and tools to rebuild.

Thank you to everyone who’s helped us get this far.

We really value your feedback!

If you’ve been involved with Somebody’s Dad in any way, whether you’ve taken part in the walking therapy, supported someone who has, or referred someone to us, we would love to hear from you.

We are collecting anonymous feedback to help us understand the impact of the service and to support future funding. This helps us continue what we do and make it even better.
The form only takes a couple of minutes to fill in. We do not collect names or email addresses.

Some responses may be used anonymously in future reports or promotional materials to help raise awareness of the service.

Thank you for being part of this. Your voice genuinely makes a difference.

We really value the feedback of our clients, their families and friends (people who our clients have confided in that they have attended sessions), and the organisations that recommend our service.

Huge appreciation for the places in Stockport that are helping to spread the word about our service, thanks to the flyers and posters funded by the Romiley and Marple Lions Club donation. Reaching more people everyday and getting to the ones who need it.

If you would like to support us by displaying a flyer or poster then please get in touch.
