Keep Fit with Paula and Laura are hosting our next Sound Bath on Friday 8th May, 7 to 8 pm, Torkington Centre, Torkington Road, Hazel Grove, Stockport, SK7 6PY. Price £15.
We would love you to join us and immerse into the beautiful depths of sound frequency and vibrations of the crystal alchemy bowls, gongs, drum and chimes to bring about deep healing and balance on an emotional, physical and spiritual level.

You will need to arrive hydrated and on a light stomach to get the best from your sound bath.
Bring a yoga or any type of mat, pillow and blanket(s) for comfort.🥰

From your laptop, Ipad or phone go to BOOK, it will then ask you for a Fitness Provider, type in Keep Fit with Paula and follow the instructions to schedule the class, make sure you click on the FOLLOW button to access the bookings.
Please do not panic regarding using the booking method. If you are unsure, I am available to help/guide you through the process or I can book you on.
This is a booking system ONLY not a payment system, so you do not have to provide your bank/credit card details. Payment will be made by bank transfer and I will provide my bank details once you have booked.
