Can also provide psychological interventions for clients with sports injuries. Having trained in Sport Psychology and worked with injured athletes to monitor their psychological wellbeing throughout the injury process, I decided to add to my skills by studying for a Level 5 Sports Therapy qualification. I wanted to not only help my clients from a psychology perspective, but I also wanted to learn more about the injuries themselves and be able to help clients to recover from these injuries. I offer various aspects of soft tissue therapy including trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint assessments, postural assessments and sports massage. These are helpful in injured clients, but can also benefit people with postural issues as well as providing the body with a general level of maintenance to prevent injuries in the future. I am also able to provide psychological interventions for clients in a sports setting. This can include managing injuries, competition anxiety, concentration and motivation issues. I'm am a mobile therapist and have clients around the Manchester/Stockport/Cheshire area.
