“I’m not a morning person, Connor. I need my sleep!” 😴
I hear this all the time and honestly, I get it.
It’s not like I roll out of bed every morning singing and skipping out the door either. 😅
But here’s the thing…
When I suggest evening training instead, I usually hear:
👉 “The kids have activities.”
👉 “Sometimes I stay late at work.”
👉 “My team plays midweek.”
👉 “Then there’s social stuff, birthdays, work dos, catchups.”
Totally fair.
So what are we left with?
Mornings. 😬
Then I hear, “But I need my sleep!”
And I ask — “What time do you go to bed?”
Most answers? Midnight, 1, 2am… and not because of work.
It’s usually Netflix. Snacks. A hot chocolate or two. (We’ve all done it.)
Or even a beer or seven.
So look it’s not about suddenly becoming a morning person if ever.
It’s just about going to bed a bit earlier and giving yourself a chance.
After a few weeks training with us, people usually say:
✅ “I sleep better.”
✅ “I wish I started sooner.”
✅ “I can finally fit into my old work clothes.”
✅ “I’ve got energy to throw shapes on a dance floor again!” 🕺💃
You don’t have to change your whole life.
Maybe just start with one morning a week?
👉 And if you’re not local to the Stockport area – you can always train with us online too. 💻🧡
We don’t care if it’s your 1st or 31st time reaching out. 🧡
