Is your night-time routine really working for you?I’ll be honest tonight’s full moon has been a bit of a wake-up call. 🌕 Since my little girl, Nora, was born, I’ve been living in survival mode rather than sticking to any sort of evening routine.But from tomorrow, that changes.👉 Tub might be moved earlier.👉 Phone goes down the second I get home.👉 Evening journaling makes a comeback.Because the truth is what we do before bed sets the tone for the next day.Do you have a night-time routine that helps you switch off and reset? Or are you (like me) guilty of just winging it in survival mode?Drop your routine (or lack of one 😅) in the comments I might even steal your ideas.

How long have you been thinking about making a change… 6 months?
A year?
Maybe even 3 years?

I’ve had a few of these conversations recently on the phone.

People tell me they’re not sure if this is right for them.

So I’ll ask, “How long have you been thinking about coming?”

And I’ve had people say… over 3 years.

That’s 3 years of thinking about it.

3 years of carrying it in the back of your mind.

3 years of headspace taken up by something that could have been sorted sooner.

So my answer is simple: just come down and rule us out.

Day 26 of posting every day until MyoMaster finally get in touch with me about a chiller.Nearly failed this weekend… not the tub (that’s basically on autopilot now), but the no ice cream for September challenge.After a few beers, the standards slipped. Online delivery was ready to go, and honestly, I only didn’t cave in for two reasons: 1. I forgot about it (thanks to a poorly little boy keeping me busy). 2. Beer really does lower your standards – almost had me ordering ice cream at midnight.Anyway, tub survived, ice cream didn’t happen, and the streak continues.👉 Drop in the comments how many more days you think it’ll take before MyoMaster actually contact me.
