Smear Clininc📢

We will be holding a cervical smear clinic on Saturday 17th January for registered patients only.

This clinic will be appointment only, with no walk-ins available. Eligible patients are asked to contact reception to book an appointment. If you are unsure whether you are due a smear, our reception team will be happy to check and assist you.

Appointments are limited, so please contact the practice as soon as possible.

This December, NHS Greater Manchester, in partnership with Intrahealth, is making it easier for families to get protected against flu.

Walk-in flu vaccination clinics will be running across Greater Manchester for school-age children (reception to year 11) who have missed their school vaccine, and for children aged 2–3, allowing parents to get all the kids vaccinated in one visit.

Flu Levels Are Rising!!

With the rise of flu cases across the UK. It is important to protect yourself and others. Please take the following precautions:

What you can do:
• Stay at home if you have a fever or feel unwell
• Maintain good hand hygiene
• Cover coughs and sneezes
• Keep well-hydrated and rest if you become unwell
• Book your flu vaccination if you are eligible and have not yet received it
• Seek medical advice if your symptoms worsen or if you are concerned about someone vulnerable.

If you need your prescription in time for Christmas, order by Tuesday 16th December🎄

The quickest way is via the NHS App, but you can also order in person at the surgery or by post.

Don’t leave it too late, make sure you have everything you need for the festive season! ❄️
