All done, what a blast! We are dirtier than we look in real life! 🤣 It’s a glorious day so the mud is drying quickly. Shout out to my wonderful sister who completed the course with a broken toe and a sprained ankle! And I did actually run!!

Week 4 down and Week 5 started, halfway through! A bereavement, dodgy hips, a knee injury and inclement weather has made it difficult to keep up my motivation but I’ve kept at it! The reason? To honour all those I’ll be doing Pretty Muddy for. I’ll be posting details of my fundraising page later if anyone would like to keep me going. Now to collapse with a cuppa! After stretching of course 😆

In a move totally unlike me, I got up and went for a run before breakfast! Beautiful in the park this morning with all the Dads and children who woke up stupidly early! 😆 Enjoyed it today!

Managed my second “run”! My legs are aching a lot! The last time I ran was before the twins and they turned 7 last week 😳 Making myself accountable and keeping it real (I was a bit warm when I got home!)
