Well…that’s it!

After 10+ years we are officially moved out.

We went from a team of 2 (my Dad and I!) in a little room on the first floor, to a team of 10 in this building.

Kids have learned their abc’s and doggos have zoomied and snoozed.

It’s crazy to me to think back to when it was just my Dad and I sat in JCMs first ever little office, panicking about being able to afford it, to where we ended up, with 2 huge rooms and enough team members to fill them!

Moving out is definitely the end of an era….

But I am SO excited for the next one to start!

What a wonderful bunch of people with amazing stories and special businesses 😍 Thank you everyone for your commitment, contributions and questions!

See you next year!

From 4pm today, our laptops will be shutting and the mince pies and chocolates will be flowing!

Hello!

It's been a minute since we've posted so we just thought we'd jump on and say hi 👋

I'm positive we're not the only ones who have felt that time is just flying by! It feels like you can blink and a whole month has flown by (how are we halfway through the year?!).

Since its been a while since we've shown our faces on here, I thought we could reintroduce ourselves.

Sara (on the left) and I (Elle, on the right!) are sisters and together with our Dad Chris we run JCM Business Solutions with the aim of helping business owners take back control of their business.

Thursdays have historically been mine and Sara's "Get S**t Done" days, where we would meet out of the office and work on the business rather than in it. We missed one Thursday.......then we blinked and now its July!

So we are back and raring to go!

We have soooooo many things that we're working on behind the scenes at JCM whilst also running the day to day and keeping up with the world around us that these Thursdays have become a non-negotiable, immovable slot in our diaries each week.

Sara and I as a team are on a journey of strengthening our skills as Directors, and each week we're trying to improve the way we do and think about things to make JCM as good as it possibly can be.

This weeks lesson is focusing on the things that really matter and being really clear about taking the next step, no matter how big or small it is, just do the next thing that will get you to the bigger business goal.

Running a business is hard! (I don't think there's enough plates in the world for a small business owner to spin!)
But I also love that we get to do what we do together, with our amazing JCM family 🥰
