Our new appointment hours are as listed however if you would like an appointment outside of these hours then please contact me direct to arrange. Evening and weekend appointments can be arranged. Sundays are by appointment only, the shop will not be open for general browsing. The shop will also be closed periodically on a Saturday for training purposes as some courses are a 2 day course (Satu

Hello, my name is Lisa and I am a fully qualified Reiki Master/Teacher and Holistic Therapist who after a life changing event a few years ago decided to go back to college to learn something new. That something new took me on the Holistic route to study and qualify as a Massage Therapist in several areas. Then after being introduce to Reiki, I then went on to train and qualify as Reiki Master and Teacher in the Usui, Hayashi, Takata lineage.

Over the last few years, in the hustle and bustle of daily life and the stresses that go with it I have really come to understand the benefits that Holistic Therapies can bring to someone. With regular treatments, whether that be with Reiki or Massage, it can help you overcome these stresses and help you become more relaxed and achieve a balance living on a daily basis.

I am a trained FHT Healthcare Therapist enabling me to offer treatments within Hospitals and Hospices and DBS Checked.

I am fully covered for insurance purposes and you can rest assured of Client/Therapist confidentiality. I am also a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).
