Week 5/8 📸

You know the score by now update on my photoshoot prep.

66.5kg this morning.

Shapes are really starting to take place now 💃

4.4kg dropped in 5 weeks 📉

Who said fat loss was hard? 👀

Cardio upped to 300 calories, 4x a week, purpose of this is to drive that extra bit of fat loss and tighten up a little bit more so I’m able run into the week of the shoot with no more work to do and makes life easier for me.

SUMMER IS COMING 🌞 🌴

Planning ahead and starting now rather than 2 weeks before your holiday = a lot more easier for you.

The change you want won’t happen overnight, you have to be willing to put the effort in and tick them small boxes, daily.

This isn’t about restricting your life, it’s about improving it, building confidence, and creating habits you can carry into winter.

Week 3/8

What a week with stress over my period.
3 days late was messing with my brain and making me stress more.

Weight all week was 68.8kg then as soon as she came, it went down to 68.4kg.

Truth - I’m doing this photoshoot for me, for some fun and to show that in 8 weeks you can make a difference. Do I want to be lean for summer? Yes. Do I want to be very lean? No.

Maybe another 1.5-2kg to come off and then we are good.

No food or cardio changes this week.

Where my calories and food intake are right now is really working for me. I can keep them high while still seeing visible progress. And honestly, I love food, so this is perfect.

The update nobody asked for…

Another 1kg dropped this week.
Current weight 68.4kg

Cycle due in 3 days so I’m holding some water and just feeling a bit meh with my photos and just in general, however we keep pushing forward and manage this week.

Calories kept the same this week as we don’t want to run me into the ground when I’m due on. So come next week there will be another drop in calories 👀

I REALLY need to work on how wonky I am. Clearly my left scapular isn’t happy.

You just do it!

The body you want comes from ticking the daily boxes and not overcomplicating it.

Training.
Steps.
Calories.
Water.
Sleep.

RD- 1790 cals
Cardio- 300 calories x 3

Managed Easter weekend of not giving into the chocolate that I was surrounded by 🙃

Ready for this big drop in calories and to smash another week.
