Week 5/8 📸
You know the score by now update on my photoshoot prep.
66.5kg this morning.
Shapes are really starting to take place now 💃
4.4kg dropped in 5 weeks 📉
Who said fat loss was hard? 👀
Cardio upped to 300 calories, 4x a week, purpose of this is to drive that extra bit of fat loss and tighten up a little bit more so I’m able run into the week of the shoot with no more work to do and makes life easier for me.
