Hi to all our patients, old and new!

COVID 19 - if you have any symptoms of coronavirus (a high temperature or a new, continuous cough) do not visit public places. Stay at home and use the 111 coronavirus service to find out what to do.
Please only request face to face appointments if you & everyone in your household are without symptoms.

In line with guidance from Public Health England (PHE), Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) and Physio First, as well as virtual (online) appointments, we are now able to offer face to face appointments under certain conditions. To assess, we would initially conduct a phone/virtual screening following safety protocols, so that we can agree consent from both therapist and patient.
Following this screening, if face to face is thought appropriate be assured that all safety steps are being taken, including –
*your temperature will be checked on arrival at clinic and you will be asked to sign a screening/consent form
*clinic is repeatedly cleaned and sanitised before and after each patient
*therapist to wear appropriate PPE
*patient to wear face mask/covering and sanitise hands on entering and leaving clinic
*staggered appointments so that waiting room is eliminated wherever possible
*maintaining social distancing wherever possible in all areas of the clinic

The clinic will unfortunately be closed from end of play today, Monday 23rd March. Just to advise that the clinic will be open as normal. In the meantime we are encouraging all patients to check the latest government advice before booking or attending an appointment. If you have any symptoms of coronavirus, or are otherwise unwell and can no longer attend your appointment, please call us as soon as possible to let us know so that we can offer the appointment to someone else.

Professional Muay Thai Fighter recently competed on one of Europe's biggest shows in March 2020, Yokkao48 and became the officially ranked UK No.1 in the 72.5 kg weight category.
His next fight will be April 25th - details to follow.

Niall trains at MSA HQ Lydney Muay Thai under the World renowned Grand Master Sken.

Muay Thai or literally Thai boxing is a combat sport of Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. This discipline is known as the "art of eight limbs" as it is characterised by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, and shins.
