We’re working with Colours Fundraising Fashion Shows to bring you a great selection of women’s clothing, shoes and accessories from familiar high-street brands - with savings of up to 70% off in-store prices. Sizes range from 6 to 22, with a mix of everyday favourites and seasonal pieces to suit different styles and shapes.

📣 Opportunity for young adults in Stockport!

MadLab and Shift Click are once again running their Introduction to Web Development course – a fantastic chance to learn the essential skills to start creating with code and bring your ideas to life on the web.

🖥️ About the course:
A free, four-week Introduction to Web Development programme starting 26 November, held every Wednesday and Thursday at Stockport Museum.

👥 Who can join?
✅People aged 18–30
✅Living in Stockport (or elsewhere in Greater Manchester if you can travel to central Stockport twice a week)
✅Not currently in full-time education
✅Complete beginners welcome! You don’t need coding experience, just basic confidence using a computer.

OPEN CALL for visual art by young artists aged 18-30 living, working or studying in Greater Manchester for an exhibition titled 'FELT'.

Whether you've experienced mental ill-health yourself or supported someone else on a journey to recovery, we want to see artworks that speak about how you FELT.

We’re especially keen to hear from artists who are new to exhibiting or sharing their creative process publicly. Whether you’re submitting solo or as part of a group, we want to make this a safe and supportive experience for everyone.

Thank you to everyone who joined us on Saturday for Beacon x Funky Monkey’s bingo evening!

A night filled with laughter, good food and chocolatey prizes, it was wonderful to see communities come together in the name of Stockport’s mental health and wellbeing.

Thanks to the generosity of our attendees, we raised just over £600! Thank you Heather and the Funky Monkey team for hosting the event and helping the event run smoothly, too 😊
