This is one of my most loved remedial massage therapy sessions with my clients.

My warm bamboo massage can help with headaches/migraines as the massage releases stress and tension, backache; due to the stretching and rolling of muscles, arthritis pain as it helps increase blood flow and many other ailments.

During a facelift massage I’ll be working with muscles deep within the face to release tension, improve tone and drain lymphatic fluid which in turn depuffs, tones, sculpts and lifts.

A lady contacted me to make an appointment for her husband.

She told me "My husband has really painful neck for over three months. He tried everything: exercises, local therapists, loads of medication."

I spoke to her husband and arranged for him to come in and have a warm bamboo massage. Following the appointment the lady wrote me a lovely recommendation which included the following words: "...for the first time he told me she really found his triggers pain points. Reach your fitness goals faster with regular massages.

Remedial massage reduces fluid retention, improves blood flow and helps rid the body of toxins.

Improving blood flow with remedial massage reduces swelling, muscle soreness and stiffness which makes it easier to stick to an exercise routine.

You will also find regular massages reduce your cortisol levels, (a stress hormone). Lower cortisol levels stop an increase of hunger and abdominal fat storage.
