IMPORTANT NOTICE
We are noticing a surge in requests for weight-loss medication. Please can we ask patients not to contact your GP as these medications are not currently available in Greater Manchester. Once the referral pathways in Greater Manchester have been opened, there are strict eligibility criteria we must stick to.
In Phase 1, patients must have a BMI of 40+AND at least 4 of the following health conditions:
✓ type 2 diabetes
✓ high blood pressure
✓ heart disease
✓ obstructive sleep apnoea
✓ abnormal blood fats (dyslipidaemia)

Due to Roadworks near Offerton Health Centre until 8th June and the closure of Greek Street Roundabout from 31st March for 1 year, there will be severe delays on the roads near to both surgeries.
