Hi, I would like to say a huge thank you to anyone who took part in the Tai Chi classes @ St Paul's Church Hall in 2024. You are all integral to making the Heaton Moor Tai Chi Centre such a friendly, welcoming and positive place to improve heath and wellbeing. You should all be proud of how you have improved. It was a real pleasure to tech you all and meet such lovely people. I look forward to another exciting year in 2025.
We have a new beginners class starting on the 9th Jan to compliment the other 4 Tai Chi classes we provide in Heaton Moor. The new class is every Thur 1.15 - 2.15 at The Heaton Moor United Church. Newcomers, beginners and all ages always welcome.
