These sessions are empowering for you and what is going on for you by guiding you and holding the space for you to connect deeply to the Divine within you

Held in a kind, non judgemental space where the time is solely for you and about you to help you shift old patterns, release and most of all receive kindness, care and nourishment for the

This space allows time for self realisations empowering you to enable you understand your body energetically and to empower you to find and gain clarity in life , taking away with you self care tools to be able to connect back In with and inspire you to invite in more of a daily practice afterwards

3 hour session will include cacao and intention setting, breathwork or gentle pranayama, mantra ,movement or gentle yoga, crystal healing, alchemy sound healing, reiki or a therapeutic touch massage - the body will tell us what it needs

£150 self investment 🎆

My background is that I trained as a massage and facial therapist and various holistic modalities over 30 years ago using conscious connective touch , fully qualified 400 HR breathwork facilitator and trauma informed 300 HR Hatha yoga teacher, Ayurvedic massage practitioner reiki and crystal healing therapist - all that I offer is my passion, my soul path

The session is grounding, connective private, confidential and professional

No pictures are required in this space

My work is by word of mouth and has supported many men and women to find their own clarity , to support through grief, to empower women that have been keeping their voices unheard
