Just wanted to say sorry I've not written in a while, my Uncle Harry had cancer , so since November I've been a little busy with work and him, but I wanted to share this review with you all ###x
Over the years as a family we have used various funeral directors locally but not this one. Last year an Uncle of mine knew he didn't have long left to live due to his cancer. But as his time was coming to an end, we decided it would be a good idea to plan his funeral with his input. We came to this funeral directors.
Honestly from the very beginning we knew it was the right decision. The team here helped with everything, with his wishes in mind.It was all done with kindness, compassion and they made him feel that he was important and his requests would be carried out fully. From picking out his own music, order of service, the Manchester City Blue lining in his coffin, everything was how he wished.
When he passed, we came in to see Helen & Simon. I'd done most of it with my Uncle, but my mum, my Uncle's sister hadn't met them.
I took her to see them and they were truly lovely. They discussed it all with her what he had wished, if we needed anything just to ring. They really couldn't do anymore than what they already had. Then they recommended the lovely Lisa Taylor to do the service, who again came out to meet us and her service was truly wonderful.
We visited him in the Chapel of Rest , the room is lovely, the music played, the candles , he looked so at peace. The signage on his coffin, the extra touch Simon had added was just so so thoughtful and such a lovely touch. We were in tears.
The day of the funeral , Simon & Helen , Adam & the team were truly lovely, I can't thank them enough for making this most difficult day , just perfect, just how he wanted it, you made us proud and you made him proud. THANK YOU for all you did for us, we'll never forget it and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend your services & we'll be using you from now on .... love Tracey , Mavis , Geoff & Family ###
