We no longer have little seedlings… we’ve got big, thriving plants! 🌿
Fabulous things grow from a bit of teamwork and a little effort – and our weekly gardening club is proving just that. 🌼

It’s amazing what can blossom when we work together, nurture, and watch things grow. 🌞

⛪💛 A Day at Manchester Cathedral 💛⛪

Our lovely PWS DS made the most of his 1-1 time with staff today by visiting the beautiful Manchester Cathedral. 🕊
It was a day filled with spiritual healing, peaceful reflection, and plenty of special memories made. 🌟

Moments like these remind us how important it is to take time for the soul as well as the mind.

☕🌧 Hot Chocolate & Heart-to-Hearts 🌧☕

When the rain starts to fall, there’s nothing better than a warm cup of hot chocolate – the perfect little therapy in a mug. 🍫
Spending 1-1 time with others over a cosy drink really opens the mind, warms the heart, and lifts the spirits. 💬💛

Sometimes, it’s the simplest moments that make the biggest difference.

🥐💚 Pesto, Cheese & Ham Pinwheels 💚🥐

Today we came together for a group meal of freshly baked pesto, cheese & ham pinwheels – and they were absolutely delish! 😋
Smiles all round as everyone enjoyed their meal.

Sharing good food and the experiences of the day truly brings people closer together – proof that a warm meal can feed the heart as well as the stomach. 💚

🍰☕ Bake & Brew for Prostate Cancer ☕🍰

This week, we hosted a Bake & Brew Afternoon in support of Prostate Cancer – and what a fantastic time we had! 💙

The room was filled with laughter, meaningful conversations, and of course… lots and lots of delicious cake! 🎂 Every slice enjoyed helped us not only raise money for a wonderful cause, but also raise awareness and create new connections within our community.

A huge thank you to everyone who baked, brewed, chatted, donated, and joined in – you’ve made a real difference. 💙 Together, we can keep the conversation going and support those affected.

🔥🍔 What a fantastic BBQ today! The people we support had an amazing time – so many smiles, laughter, and full bellies! 😊❤️

It was so lovely to catch up with our friends from Clyde House – thank you for coming and making the day even more special! 🏡✨

Moments like these remind us how important it is to come together, share experiences, and make memories. Not only does it build stronger relationships, but it’s a huge boost for our mental health too! 💬🧠💕

Today was all about batch cooking for AB — and the star of the show? Spaghetti Bolognaise for daysss 🍝😋
Packed full of goodness — talk about 5-a-day goals met in one dish! 🥕🧄🍅🫑🧅💪

There’s something so wholesome about cooking together — the laughter, the chatter, the teamwork. Being in a shared space, creating something from scratch, feeds more than just our stomachs — it feeds the soul 🫶✨
