Well Done class not just exercise we been learning the way of water ‘ “YIN” The female way ‘ the world has to much fire in it so change this we practice “ Less is more!”Coming back to our centre!! And cooperation all life holds energy or Chi and we teach this by healing on one’s self and working with life force energy or “CHi in class !! Just like the shoalin monks less is more !! Next year we be breaking rocks lol 😂 or bring more joy in our lives is really the key ‘
