Heatons Foot Care Podiatry/Chiropody from HCPC registered, fully qualified Podiatrists, based in Broadstone Mill. Every patient will be listened to and treated as an individual.

Podiatry, also known as Chiropody, is a regulated and highly specialised profession that deals with the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disease in the human foot and lower limb. Podiatry can be used to treat common complaints such as hard skin, corns, verrucae, ingrown toenails, fungal infections, thick nails and wounds, as well as nail cuts and general foot maintenance/care. ent has specific problems with their feet, or quite simply wants to take a proactive approach to ensuring their feet are kept healthy, we are happy to help! We treat male and female patients of all ages, sometimes as a 'one off' and sometimes as part of a regular treatment pattern. Often patients will be slightly nervous or embarrassed on their first visit. Rest assured, we will aim to make your visit as pleasant and relaxing as possible. No matter how bad you think your feet are, we have seen far worse and will aim to send you home feeling a lot happier! Heatons Foot Care is owned and managed by Rachael Hunter BSc (Hons). MChS. HCPC reg. Rachael graduated from Salford University with a BSc (Hons) degree in Podiatry, and has since worked within busy, multidisciplinary practices in Cambridgeshire and Didsbury, before setting up Heatons Foot Care. Rachael is trained to carry out all manner of podiatric treatment, including the use of local anaesthetic and has a keen interest in biomechanics. She expands her knowledge by attending regular CPD training courses.

This week marks Heatons Foot Care’s 10 year anniversary since we first opened in Broadstone Mill!
A huge thank you to all of our patients, old and new, for the bundles of support you’ve given to this small business over the past decade (as well as 10 years of great conversations and laughs!).

A gentle reminder regarding cancellations and missed appointments.
Recently we’ve had a lot of no-shows and patients cancelling at the last minute (or arriving so late that we are unable to treat).
This has a big impact on the clinic and unfortunately we cannot absorb the costs of multiple missed appointments. It is also very frustrating as often we have turned away patients with urgent requirements.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact the clinic as soon as possible, giving a minimum of 24 hours notice. Patients who fail to do this will be asked to pay for their appointment.
