Polite Request -
Recently there has been a slight issue with lateness. Sometimes patients have arrived significantly late and we’ve had to rearrange the appointment as there simply wouldn’t be enough time to adequately treat them. Unfortunately this means the original slot is wasted and the clinic loses money. As a small business this is hard to accommodate.
Other times the patient is just a few minutes late. This may mean that we run over the treatment time, which can affect the next patient or mean that I miss out on much needed breaks.
I understand that the car park is often very busy and that the lifts aren’t the fastest, but I would really appreciate it if patients could do their utmost to allow enough time to tackle these factors and arrive a few minutes before their booked time slot.
