We are delighted to announce that Mode Rehabilitation has received a generous grant of £5,000 from The Screwfix Foundation.
This support will enable us to refurbish and redecorate one of our spaces, creating a warm and welcoming hub that will serve as both a resource centre for our organisation and a safe environment for counselling sessions and workshops. The space will also provide a dedicated area for mental health triage, delivered by leading experts in military mental health and in supporting individuals with highly complex needs. This will ensure that veterans and their families receive immediate, specialist support at the point it is most needed.
As an NHS Veterans Aware service and QNVMHS-accredited organisation, Mode Rehabilitation is committed to the highest standards of veteran-focused care. This refurbished hub will further strengthen our ability to raise awareness about mental health, highlight the contribution of our Armed Forces, and provide specialist support to those who need it most.
The Screwfix Foundation provides vital funding to charities that improve homes and community facilities across the UK. We are honoured to have been selected for this grant, which will have a lasting impact on our beneficiaries and the wider community we serve.
On behalf of everyone at Mode Rehabilitation, we extend our sincere thanks to Screwfix for their generosity and commitment to supporting communities in need.
