We are looking to recruit a Patient Services Administrator to join our Patient Services Support Team.

We are looking for someone who is organised, likes working as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment. The role involves providing a variety of administrative and patient facing operational functions, including dealing with patient medical record management, telephone answering, processing prescriptions, referrals and managing patient queries.

‼️Our computers and phone lines both in and out are NOT working currently. This is an IT problem and is being investigated as high priority. We have no access to services. ‼️

This week is , and we’re proud to support both current staff working in the reserves, and former veterans in our ranks. Mac Greenwood was in the Royal Air Force back in the 50s, first training as a fighter plotter, and completing the rest of his two years in Fighter Command.

He spent the majority of his working life as a journalist, and since retiring became a volunteer for the Alzheimers Society, the Samaritans and for Blind Veterans, before joining us as one of our valued volunteers in 2010. He currently works providing admin support to our ENT secretaries.
