Raw, Real, Honest = me

This is me on the train yesterday (after I missed the first one because I was on the wrong platform 😭🥹) …

But can we just take a minute for my skin…
I think it deserves a little moment, this is after just one session of Purasomes + Nuri Complex from my training day on 13th February

Im far from perfect… but then, what is perfect anyway? No filter here, minimal make-up because honestly… I still don’t quite know what I’m doing 😂
That includes AI, because well… look at what slide 2 ended up like 😂😂

I’m human, we all are and we simply cannot master everything 🤷🏼‍♀️

It’s not often I post twice in a row, but hey life’s busy and I need to clock off. I can’t always have a regime.
I work clinically in the NHS, I’m a mum, and I’m learning to take a proper rest and look after myself too.

Wishing you all a lovely weekend, Mother’s Day is bittersweet for me but I believe I always try to find joy amidst chaos 💛 take care of yourself!

“I don’t even know what you’re serving…”

Honestly, that audio made me smile because it reflects how many people feel about aesthetics right now. The industry is evolving incredibly quickly and it can be difficult to know what treatments are actually right for you.

It was great to attend the Aesthetic Conference & Exhibition 2026 in sunny London yesterday, hearing insightful discussions on Inflammaging, regenerative aesthetics and treatment approaches following weight loss.

I was inspired by talks from Dr Raquel Amado, Professor Lee Walker, Dr Sophie Shotter, Dr Kam Lalley and Dr Olivia McCabe Robinson.
All leaders in the field of Aesthetic Medicine 👏🏽

I’m proud to already be using many evidence-led and clinically supported treatments in clinic, while continuing to learn and reflect on how we can deliver the safest and most appropriate care for each individual.

1st March feels like the perfect day for new beginnings ✨

I’m so excited to finally share that I’m now trained in advanced biostimulators!!

As Children’s Mental Health Week comes to an end...
As a Health Visitor and Public Health Nurse, this week always feels important to acknowledge.
We know that early emotional wellbeing shapes lifelong health, influencing self-esteem, resilience and how we see ourselves well into adulthood.

The voice children internalise early on often becomes the voice they hear in the mirror later in life.

In clinic, I carry that awareness with me. Aesthetic treatment should always come from a place of self-respect, not self-criticism.
Everyone deserves to feel safe, supported and enough, at every age.

When we nurture our own inner child, we are more equipped to nurture those around us too

What to Expect After an Anti-Wrinkle Consultation

Following a consultation for an anti-wrinkle treatment, clients often ask what changes they might notice in the weeks afterwards. This post outlines the general timeline that many experience, along with a few simple aftercare tips.

Day 1–3
• Mild redness or small marks can appear and usually settle quickly.
