It’s been a beautifully busy month here in the Mindful Sole garden room… I’m not quite sure how we’re already on the doorstep of May.
I’ve loved welcoming new faces and holding space for those choosing to prioritise their health and wellbeing. There’s something really special about seeing people gift themselves that time to slow down.
