✨ Meet The Consultant – Zoe 🦖

Hello everyone, I’m Zoe and I’ve been a Slimming World Consultant for around 6 months My weight loss journey has been going on for the last 10-12 years but last year was when my brain suddenly kicked in and my consultant Pam said that if I didn’t look after myself I wouldn’t be around to look after my family. Those words hit home and in the last 12 months I’ve lost 4 1/2 stones, my health has improved and my knees don’t hurt anymore.

I enjoy most foods (apart from sweetcorn)and I love talking about food. I now enjoy spending time in the kitchen making meals for the whole family to enjoy.

The thing I enjoy about group is helping people on their own journey, it’s a great feeling when they lose the weight and start heading towards their own goals. The look on their faces when they get their awards is pricelsss and being part of that journey is incredibly special.

My favourite food?
Roast dinner
Beef burrito
Macaroni cheese

About me:
I have a mini dachshund called Doris and a beautiful granddaughter called Hope - these 2 are my world !!
