Hi 😃 I'm a leaflet! 📄 I may be floating through your letter box soon. At first glance you might think I'm just junk mail... but so far us Slimming World leaflets have achieved amazing things! We've helped people take that really difficult first step into their friendly local group. That might not seem much, but that small step can lead to life changing events! Like what, you might ask. So here's a few examples...

✴️ Becoming medication free - leaving behind health conditions like type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure.

✴️ Moving more freely and without pain - after reduction in joint issues, mobility problems, and using fewer pain killers.

✴️ Improved sense of well-being, confidence, and self-esteem - being surrounded, celebrated, and supported at Group by people who understand.

✴️ Improvement in fertility - with beautiful babies being born.

✴️ Learning about healthy eating, cooking, and shopping - improving your whole family's nutrition and diet, along with your own.

✴️ Meeting new friends and making lifelong friendships.

There are so many success stories in every Slimming World group, it really is so much more than "just losing weight"!

So if I land on your door mat soon, please don't throw me away. Keep me somewhere... I might not be what you need right now, but when you're ready, you'll have me close by... Or maybe you know a friend or relative who might need me and you can pass me on.

I hope you can see that I'm not junk mail... I'm an invitation to take that step towards your healthier future... ❤️❤️❤️❤️
