Our Get up and Go session was in full swing this morning, and from the noise in the room also sounded good fun! 🤗
Our sessions have proven to be very popular that we have now added an extra session on Thursday morning at 10.30.

Amanda loves abit of laser therapy in clinic and is here to help with all those helping joints. But what exactly is laser therapy?

Laser therapy is a non-invasive treatment sometimes used to help relieve pain and stiffness in arthritic joints.

🙌🏻 How it helps:

* Improve blood flow to the joint
* Reduce inflammation
* Encourage tissue repair
* Decrease pain signals

🙌🏻 Conditions it’s used for

* Osteoarthritis
* Rheumatoid arthritis
* Tendon or ligament inflammation around joints

🙌🏻 Laser therapy is generally safe to use with no known side effects. Some health conditions may not be suitable for laser but this will be discussed with your clinician before treatment takes place.
