Dealing with nagging back pain? 😣
A quick trick that’s been helping me: using a tennis ball to release tight spots in the glutes!

Just place the ball under one side, gently roll around until you find a tender spot, and breathe into it for 20–30 seconds. Tight glutes can pull on the lower back—so releasing them can bring surprisingly fast relief.

Simple, cheap, and it actually works! 🙌

I do :

Reflexology - wonderfully relaxing and by pressing on pressure points on your feet, it can help relieve the body of stress, anxiety and much more

Swedish massage usually a full body or Back neck and shoulders and both finished with a mini facial massage and scalp massage.

Hot stone massage - using stones heated up that are made from volcanic rock, the heat from the stones helps to ease tension.

Aromatherapy massage - a blend of essential oils, blended to your needs.

Pedicures - soaking, moisturising and exfoliating the feet, nails trimmed and finished with a foot and calf massaged and like Reflexology this is also relaxing and both could be combined.
