Shop now - relax at Christmas! Get in early and grab some great gifts for Christmas. This Thursday I can be found at Reiki Master & Holistic Training at 68, Norton Green from 6pm-8pm. I have some reed diffusers which will help turn your home into a warm and welcoming space this winter. There are also lots of other gifts from other local businesses such as jewellery, candles and toiletries as well as mince pies and mulled wine to put you in the festive spirit. 🎄See you there! 🤶xx

Last Sunday I was invited to Reiki Master & Holistic Training's Winter Wellness Day to talk about how we can use aromatherapy as part of our wellness routine. I really enjoyed talking to all the amazing women who came to spend a little time finding out about different ways we can take care of our minds and bdies over the winter months.
My next workshop is on Saturday, December 7th at 2pm in The Elmwood Community Centre. This workshop is a little different as we will be looking at ways to make your home cosy and inviting this Christmas and making our own reed diffusers to fill our home with wonderfully delightful aromas. Just wanted you all to know about this amazing event in November. I've been invited along to The Winter Wellness Day ran by the wonderful Jane from Feel Good Holistics & Training to lead an aromatherapy workshop where you can make your own aromatherapy blend to use when meditating. You will also get to practice Qigong techniques to boost the immune system, take part in a guided meditation, lean about ways to boost the immune system over the winter months and relax during a Yin Yoga Soundbath. Lunch will be provided and tickets for the whole day are £48. This is an fabulous opportunity for those of you who are looking to improve your physical and mental well-being during the winter months. Help keep the bugs at bay this summer with this citrusy oil blend. I love sitting out on summer nights but there's nothing worse than itchy insect bites! Use a candle oil diffuser and stand on a hard outside surface away from children and pets, near to where you are sitting. Add this blend to 100ml of water. If you have a small diffuser, you can use 3 drops of each oil in a tablespoon of carrier oil. Insects don't appreciate the fresh, lemon scent like we do!
