We are pleased to be able to offer a fully funded 6 week Empower and Embody programme to residents of Stockton on Tees.

The group will meet at 68 The Green, Norton - and is on the 1st floor (unfortunately we do not have a lift.)

Just completed a 6 week wellbeing group at The Wellbeing Hub Stockton . We covered journalling, tapping, managing stress and anxiety, reiki and Qigong yoga. What a lovely group of people, lots of laughs and good conversation.

Hoping to return later in the year with another 6 week session 🙏 x x

We had a great taster session for Qigong on Tuesday at The Something New for You event at Billingham Forum.

I've also been asked to do a monthly Qigong session at Thornaby Warm Space on the first Tuesday of the month, and I think that Billingham will follow too, I'm just waiting for confirmation of dates.

A reminder that we still have our regular sessions at the Friends Meeting House on Friday mornings at 10am. £5 for your first session, then £3 a session thereafter. Just let me know if you are attending as every now and again we may not be running that week for various reasons 💕
