Due to unforeseen circumstances, our usual hall on Tuesday is no longer available, so I’m unfortunately having to cancel tonight’s class.

The good news is that I’ve secured a quiet venue with more parking and better facilities for you all starting next Tuesday 12th August, I have message everyone directly but just in case your mobile has changed here is the information. Please message this page so I can send you the information directly.

Hi All
Just to let you know I am still recovering from flu which has weakened my chest and left me with a hacking cough.
I am thankful to Mike who will be taking tomorrows class keeping you all supple relaxed and grounded on the mat for another week till I can get to you all the following Tuesday 🙏🏻🧘🏻‍♀️🙏🏻
