Looking for a healthy no bake snack? Try these squidgy raw cacao energy balls 😋 No bake means the cacao isn’t heated; savouring all of those wonderful medicinal properties ✨

What you will need:

40g Cacao

260g Medjool dates (the stickier the dates the better!)

32g cashew nuts

65g almonds

1tbs Macca powder

Method:

🍫Chop the cacao
🍫Remove the seeds from the dates
🍫 Blend cacao to a fine crumb in food processor
🍫 Add in almonds & cashews then blend further until left with a crumbly texture
🍫Add your dates & maca powder
🍫 Blend again (keep regularly scraping the sides of the blender to un-stick any mixture.
🍫 Next lightly wet your hands and start to roll the mixture into your energy balls and place on a lined baking tray
🍫 Refrigerate for 30 minutes!

Christmas is about unity and gently invites us back to what truly matters. Not more things, but more feeling, togetherness, more presence, more moments shared from the heart.

For me, one of the most beautiful things to share is heart medicine 🤎

Ceremonial cacao is a reminder to slow down, to gather, to listen and to connect beyond words.

Jasper Cacao is to be shared in these moments, around the table, by candlelight, in ceremony or simply in stillness with those you love.

Join Indiannna for Cacao as Medicine for the Womb Workshop, a transformative, whole day experience at Jasper Community Space.

We’ll come together and explore the deep connection we hold with our womb, supported by the ancient medicine and wisdom of the wise cacao spirit. You’ll journey into relationship with this powerful centre of creation, intuition and memory, receiving practical tools, embodied wisdom and nourishing teachings to gently weave into everyday life.

🌸 What we’ll explore
• How cacao supports women’s health from both a spiritual and nutritional perspective
• Exploring themes such as Endometriosis, PCOS, Fibroids, PMDD, baby loss, heavy or absent bleeding
• The history and sacred story of IXcacao and her mythological significance
• Womb yoga, sharing circle and guided teachings to deepen connection and self-trust.
