We’ll begin by honouring the sacred cacao — a gentle medicine of the heart — as you sip and soften, then surrender into a deeply immersive sound healing journey with gongs, singing bowls, shamanic drums & more.

Sometimes it’s hard to put into words just how deeply cacao has transformed my life. Not only does she bless me daily, she supports me, physically, spiritually, mentally, emotionally and financially.

She also helps me give people the tools to transform their lives across the country and this is priceless..

But most importantly… she helps me connect more deeply with myself. She bridges the gap between worlds, lifts the veil, and opens doors. She whispers hints, guiding me to uncover the mysteries of life.

She is a teacher. A guide. A friend. 🌱🍫

Does cacao get you high? 🍫✨
This is a question im often asked!

Ceremonial cacao isn’t about escaping reality, it’s about arriving more fully into it. Unlike medicines that take you out of yourself, cacao works gently with your body, heart, and energy to bring you fully into it. Both have a place in healing.....

Cacao is rich in theobromine a mild stimulant that increases circulation and focus, but without the jitters of coffee. It also encourages the release of serotonin and anandamide (sometimes called the “bliss molecule”), which is why you feel lighter, brighter and more open after drinking

Cacao softens the mind’s chatter, opens the heart space and helps you reconnect with yourself and others on a deeper level. The “high” people often talk about when it comes to cacao is really a feeling of clarity that feels light and expansove, grounded clarity, a calm state where you feel more alive and present.

So no, cacao won’t send you off into another dimension but It brings you deeper into this one, into your own breath, body and truth.
