Retreat season has truly filled my cup this summer and I’m not quite ready for it to end 😆

From our weekend in Saltburn, to a dreamy week in Ibiza, and most recently a beautiful day retreat in North Yorkshire - each one has been a gift.

I’m beyond grateful for the time shared, the deep rest, and the space held with all of you.

And I’m even more touched by the kind words still coming in, especially from our Saltburn retreat back in June. Your reflections mean the world 🧘🏼‍♀️🌊✨
