Introducing: A 4-Week Yin Yoga Journey

This is more than just a class - it’s a guided journey inward.
Across 4 soothing weeks, we’ll explore rest, emotional release, and deep reconnection through gentle Yin postures, stillness, and breath.
Here’s what you can expect each week:
💗 Week 1: Healing from the Heart! The heart holds our deepest emotions love, grief, joy, sorrow. In Yin, we soften around the heart space, releasing stored tension and allowing fresh energy to flow through the heart meridian.
🌊 Week 2: Letting Go
We soften our grip on the body, the breath and the mind.
Letting go isn’t about giving up, but about surrendering control and making space for healing, peace and presence.
🌸 Week 3: Self-Compassion
Yin invites us to pause, breathe and meet ourselves with care.
Self-compassion isn’t a luxury it’s a gentle practice of returning to your own heart and offering it grace.
🕊 Week 4: Reconnection
We come home to ourselves.
In stillness, we begin to hear the quiet voice within. You’ll reconnect with breath, body and the parts of you that need to be remembered.
